Repair Estimates on a '96 BMW Z3 that needs Work.?

I'm looking to by a 96 BMW Z3 and it's at a very reasonable Price but requires some Work as the Oil leaks quite badly. Took it to the Shop and the Mechanic said that it needs the Following needs replacing:

Crank Seal (Front)

Valve Cover Gasket

"Rear Main Seal" Can't remember exactly

Other than that everything is cosmetic. Any Ideas on what the costs would be? Thanks.

The front and rear main seals are will be changed at the same time. The only problem is that the engine has to be removed to do it. The valve cover gasket is really no big deal and can be easily replaced. Your looking at about a day's worth of work with a skilled mechanic.

Parts*:

Front Crankshaft Seal : $22.25 USD

Rear Crankshaft Seal : $44.55 USD

Oil Pan Gasket : $15.55 USD

Valve Cover Gasket : $21.25 USD

Valve Cover Bolt Seals (14 total) : $19.60 USD ($1.40 Each)

Plus the cost of motor oil and any other fluids that need to be replaced as a result of removing the engine.

*Parts based off of my shop's catalog's list prices and may vary

Labor charges are completely up to the mechanic/shop. I charge $50.00 USD an hour.
