The BMW is on a R plate and is a replica of a M3. It has excellent leather seats, upgraded stereo and speakers. Also has 92000 miles. The GTO is on a P plate has a upgraded stereo and speakers and has 42000 miles. Also it has 350BHP.

I'd go the the BMW, but beware; the early E46 automatics tend to fail around 80k miles. Do a search for "BMW No Reverse" and you'll see what I mean. Stick with the stick and you should be fine. Personally, I'd pick an E36 M3 coupe over a 323i, its more of a true driving machine, with oodles more power to boot.

bmw is good though it has a higher milage but u have a chance of looking like a fud in the gto so i would go for the bmw
A CRX with a inercooled turbo v tech engine will flog both of those for less money.
