first thing first, why buy a old *** bmw that is prone to breaking. Even a simple part take a lot of money to repair. On that subject you should go buy a honda or something which is more reliable and in the long run can save you a lot of money. Let say that you buy your bmw you would need a few thousand in the banks because the part in the bmw might need to be replace and could be really expensive. My brother bought a lexus and a simple part on there cause like 4,000 grand to fix. So if you want to buy a brand name call buy it new. So if you buy an old one or have the budget to buy like a honda you should.

Either car is good on gasoline. I would go for 121 cubic inches of displacement, instead of 96 cubic inches. Gas prices going down? not for long, but a little more power pulling into traffic. Hot climate? run the A/C? Get the 320i
