Whats wrong with my 93 BMW?

I have a 93 BMW and while im dirving and come to a stop it feels like its gonna shut off especially when i stop it just about shuts off i have no idea whats wrong with it and im scared its something really serious.

If you fear that it could be something "serious" then why don't you bring it to a BMW mechanic?

There is a limit to what a web forum can do to diagnose a car ailment sight unseen, specially if the owner does not know anything about fixing a car

There is a long list of possibilities for your car's problem,

idle air control, fuel supply, etc., etc.

Sounds like it could be the air filter (need to be changes often) or the oxygen sensors (these need to be changes around every 50000 miles). If that isn't it, it could be your catalytic converter, usually if you have a huge amount of miles on it (it could be worn out) - or you have very few miles on it driven at low speeds (a build up of moisture will ruin it).

It could also be the idle adjustment screw needs to be reset.
You don't mention which BMW. In 1993 there were, just to name a very few, a 318i, 318is, 320i, 325td, 325tds, 325i, 525i, 530i, 540i, M5 730i, 740i, 750iL.
