For starters Kelley Blue Book has this car listed at exactly $39,xxx see for yourself. I ran the numbers. The NADA Guides has the car list for $38,825. Second, this is a great car I've spent a lot of time with the 3-Series over many different years. I've driven the one in question and there is no doubt about it this is a great car, great value, fun performance, especially since this one has the performance package a nice plus. All of the features make this a great car that you will no doubt enjoy top up or down. I say buy buy buy.

Its a very good deal because they are actually selling at $40-$50 k on the uction
I think its a good buy, because of relatively low miles on it, it is fully loaded, what more can you ask for?
Where do you live? Different regions of the U.S. affect the price of the vehicle. But the options that this car has are awesome. Triptronic or 5speed or auto? If you live in Florida check out my site milleniamotors.com it will give you some good ideas if that is a good price we have sold about 10 of those lately. You can get a convertable M3 for that price of 39K.
offer them 34k
No - not a good buy.
